Dear Readers:
There is much speculation about the re-drawing of national borders in the wake of this current war. Assuming that the war ends successfully for Russia, then the Federation will acquire several new subjects, including Donbass, Novorossiya, Zaporozhie and Kherson.
But a region that is not up for grabs is Abkhazia, this according to Sergei Shamba, who heads the Security Council of the tiny Republic that sits along the coast of the Black Sea.
In Google maps, Abkhazia appears as a province of Gruzia,but this is just wishful thinking on the part of the Google imperialists. On the ground, Abkhazia has been an independent country since 2008, when it broke away from Gruzia, along with South Ossetia. The Russian Federation assisted these two areas to break away, and then recognized their independence on 26 August 2008.
The difference between the two areas is that the people of South Ossetia are said to want to be incorporated into the Russian Federation; and that would make sense, since their relatives on the other side of the Caucasus Mountain Ridge, the North Ossetians of Alania, are already an autonomous Republic within the Russian Federation. So, the two areas, both inhabited by the same ethnos (Persian-speaking Alanians who practice Eastern Orthodoxy) might someday merge as one Republic, or might stay as two Republics, depending on how the federal and local governments wish to draw the administrative boundaries.
The people of Abkhazia, on the other hand, from everything that we know about them, do not wish to be absorbed into the Russian Federation. But neither do they wish to return as a province of Gruzia. At least not now. (Maybe that could change in the future, who knows?) Instead, they prefer that things remain just as they are: with Abkhazia a small, but completely independent state, with its own government; but relying on Russian military, obviously, to protect it against Gruzian revanche. The Abkhazian people are grateful to Russia for their help in 2008 (and prior), but they don’t believe they would be a good fit as Russian subjects.
The rumors about Abkhazia “joining” Russia started buzzing when Abkhazian President Aslan Bzhania took a business trip to Moscow recently. Shamba had to explain that “that’s not how things are done. Our President went to Moscow, that means we are already an Oblast of the Russian Federation? It says in our constitution that people are not even allowed to discuss on that theme.” With a gentle reminder that such type of chatter is against Abkhazian law and could be punished.
Shamba went on to explain that the Abkhazian President went to Moscow to discuss many important issues of mutual security. “But the one thing that we will never do, and we will not even allow anyone to discuss this theme, that is the loss of our sovereignty, of our independence.”
On the other side of the aisle, Shamba sometimes encounters people who speculate on Abkhazia someday joining the European Union. Which is also not realistic: “We have never even received such an invitation. These are all just baseless speculations. We never discussed anything remotely like this with the leadership of the Russian Federation. The only thing we heard, is that their recognition of Abkhazia [as an independent country] is not something to be amended. The President of Russia, and other official persons have stated this numerous times.”

Estoy leyendo un blog ( Rolo Slavsky ), critico con la politica desde el Kremlin . Y , sí, efectivamente , Rusia perderá la guerra . En sentido que una vez , finalizada, con un acuerdo con la OTAN, vergonzante para Rusia, todos los problemas acumulados durante los 24 años de VVP , surgirán repentina e inevitablemente . y , excepto milagro, Rusia será destruida y dividida . Porque , estudiando desde lo lejano, entiendo que la querida Rusia no es sino un pozo profundo de corrupción, que incluye 11.000 km. de longitud con varios horarios .
Como dice I. Strelkov : Pronto comenzarán para la RF los ( en mayuscula ), PROBLEMAS .
Es mal sintoma el que Abjasia no pretenda adherirse a Rusia . Es mal sintoma que Serbia ya fue conquistada por la UE , y será por la OTAN . Es el peor signo el que exista una profunda division entre los ” patriotas ” y los ” liberales ” .
En esto debo responsabilizar al actual Presidente de Rusia , por no lograr un acuerdo previo al desenlace de la guerra actual entre los diversos sectores .
Entiendo que Rusia , desde 1991, no fue minimamente sabia . Ya compruebo que una civilización que solo tiene mil años no tiene aun los fundamentos de una verdadera , al contrario de China, Iran, India, Egipto, de una gran civilizacion .
Aunque ninguna de ellas , excepto algo Irán, tiene algo que enseñar .
Son demasiadas las señales de sentido de inferioridad que muestran el gobierno ruso , las fuerzas politicas rusas y el pueblo ruso . Lastima por el ridiculo y aburguesado partido comunista .
No se que sentido historico tiene tal sensibilidad sino es para dar el paso al Nuevo Orden Mundial , donde se perderá toda la esperanza en el espiritu humano, esperando los mas optimistas la llegada de alguien desde el espacio exterior o bien desde un ser con una vibración muy muy poderosa que salve a la especie .
Existe actualmente ese alguien con una vibración 4-22 muy poderosa .
Pero ……. hasta que no estemos realmente asfixiados por el sistema 1984 (y aun mas asfixiante ), que nos quieren imponer …… ¿ a cuanta poblacíon le interesa , tambien actualmente eso ?

On the Abkhazian issue: It’s not really that big a deal, in my opinion. I think Lenin was right that all peoples have the right to self-determination, so if the Abkhazians don’t want to be included in Russia, that is their right.
Realistically, they depend on Russian army to protect them against Gruzian revanche. But if the day should come when they vote in a referendum to rejoin Gruzia, that would be their right. (I don’t think that will happen though.)

El problema no es Abjasia . Es cierto .
Las extensas naciones siempre atraen mas . Es como las mujeres altas y los hombres altos . Aunque , tras ser conocidos ( “en todas partes cuecen habas” ), es otra cosa .
Quien no quisiera ser ciudadano de U. S. A. , si U.S.A. fuera un modelo posible . Pero no lo es , Y los estadounidenses se alejan . Antes se establecían en Canada . Ahora incluso quieren establecerse en la helada Rusia .
Quien no quisiera ser ciudadano de China , si China fuera un modelo posible . Pero no lo es . Y los Chinos que están fuera de China no creo que sientan excesiva nostalgia de China . Tengo una familia vecina de China y el mas anciano ( 92 años ), dice que no quiere saber de China . Que aquí se viven muchos años .
Y en cuanto a la fruteria donde voy, ,…. si la saludas : ” Hola, bonita” una mañana y ” Hola cariño ” otro día ….. no te vende la fruta con precio menor ….. pero entiendo que recuerda poco de China .
Quien no quisiera ser ciudadano de Rusia, si Rusia fuera un modelo posible . Pero no lo es . Y es sintomatico que en Abjasia se muestren con cierta indiferencia hacia Rusia . Y que en Serbia no se manifiesten con fuerza para no alejarse de Rusia .
Lo que entiendo es que las guerras destruyen a la clase mas valiente de cada patria .
Sucedio en España en la Guerra Civil. Sucedio en Europa , incluso en Rusia con las Guerras Mundial I y II . Sucedio en Serbia y asi sucesivamente .
Lamento decir que a Rusia la salvó la rigidez de Stalin . Y lamento decir que a España la salvó la rigidez, ( del 1939 a 1970 ) de Franco . Tras ellos y , poco a poco sucede la decadencia burguesa .
Franco, aunque no nativo, fue un castellano puro , en sentido que no era sibarita . Y asi, entiendo, tambien Stalin .
Despues …… la corrupción y el delirio ” bon vivant ” . La cierta calidad de vida de este pais iberico no se puede entender sino por el milagro . ” Mas vale caer en gracia que ser gracioso ” . Creo que a Rusia le es dificil caer en gracia .
Así como las chicas rusas que conoci en Madrid, tuve atraccion casi inmediata por ellas, … y no solo por su belleza, …. que tambien, pero no sucedio lo mismo hacia los rusos , a quienes sentí rigidos mentalmente .

El Donbass no debería aceptar otro sistema que no fuese el economico cooperativo . Pero temo que desde Moscu no se lo permitirán .
Insisto : La oligarquía financiera huele un cadaver . Porque Rusia no tiene argamasa suficiente ( Dios quiera que tenga un error ), para mantenerse unida .

Es delirio , es pesadilla suponer que , desde la alienacion y eligiendo personas 100 % más psicopatas que normales, se pueden construir sociedades , ya no utopicas, sino meramente funcionales .
Y , en todas las sociedades, las clases dirigentes, que no son elites, sino solo politicamente ambiciosas , son las que, como protagonistas de una mala pelicula, están actuando .
Este mundo terrenal , a pesar de estar sometidos aun mas que en la peor esclavitud al dominio del espacio-tiempo, no deberia ser tan abismal, abismalmente diferente al Absoluto, según en lo posible pueden manifiestar a este Absoluto aquellos que tuvieron una ECM ( Experiencia cercana a la muerte ) .
Es cierto que esta especie terrenal puede conoce aquí, y como decía Hegel, el Absoluto . Lo que le es imposible, es mantenerse en ello .
Pero del Absoluto a esta mierda de sociedades …..
Y no debemos , como dice Pitagoras en sus Versos Aureos, culpar a alguien mas que a nosotros mismos de nuestra desgracia .
Confio en que algun dia sea delito de odio culpar a cualquiera , sea quien sea, de lo que consideramos subjetivamente nuestra desgracia .
Se entiende que para ello es necesario transformar radicalmente todo el siatema .
Esta vida terrenal es , como decía Schopenhauer y como decían antes los buenos catolicos y los buenos budistas, solo lucha y desgracia , solo es una prueba , y, cuanto mas infortunio mas prueba , ….. del, y, para : el amor y el corazón .

It is clearly stupid to think that Russia seeks to seize more land, if they have enough.
But some crooks speculate on what really worries Russia, which is security against the West and that as we see with Ukraine, attacking Russia’s security is paid very well by the West. And it is possible that the abkjaziam think they have their piece of the cake.

The snarky thing to say is “why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free” but, in truth, the Ruskies “don’t need no stinking land” what they need is neighbors with peaceful intentions. Things are very different than in Soviet times [a priori Gorbachev].
Sadly, the warped elites of DC/London have yet to see what is before their eyes, instead they’ve convinced themselves that the way to maintain their/their-families privilege in life is, war eternal…upon the reformed-Russian empire. All the kings horses and all the kings men can not disabuse the elites of this fallacy but, as Hillary once famously said of DC’s imbeciles, “still they persist”.
It’s one thing to be evil, quite another to be stupid and evil. As John Wayne said; “…life is hard and it’s a lot harder when you’re stupid”.
That’s not to say, I wouldn’t, if force, protect the interests of the American empire even if that required I engage in evil but, that is very different from what we witness today. DC/London elites, in the absence of any real threat, engage in evil for what can only be described as sport. It is my lot in life not to choose good or evil but to bear silent witness to their madness, powerless to stop the destruction of my great country. God help us from these pretentious fools.

I think that’s a true statement that Russia don’t need no stinking land, they have all the land they need. What they need is people and friends.
