Today I have this exciting but scary piece from the Ukraina.Ru portal. Everybody is familiar with the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast of the Ukraine. Situated in central Ukraine, this is the most important industrial region of the country. It was created on February 27, 1932. Dnipropetrovsk has a population of about 3,230,411 (2017 est.), approximately 80% of whom live centering on administrative center of Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, Nikopol. The River Dnieper runs through the oblast.
Situated in this important oblast there is a town called Pavlograd. With a current population of approximately 107,742 souls, this historically important city was founded by Zaporozhian Cossacks in the 1700’s. Originally named Luhanske, in 1783 it was renamed Pavlograd in honor of the Tsarevich Paul I, and apparently the Ukrainian Nationalists have not yet gotten around to renaming it for one of their heroes. Speaking of Nazis, a significant Jewish population lived in Pavlograd between 1780 and 1941, an estimated 4,000 Jewish souls. Who were all wiped out under Nazi occupation, it goes without saying.
But this piece is not about history, not about Nazis nor Jews, but about the current sitrep. Which involves a Goat Leader who, with his pack of hell-hounds, is terrorizing the city and its inhabitants! Therefore this is time for all humans to come together, regardless of their political differences, and catch this damned goat.
Ruff Ruff Rah Rah Goat King!
This awkward situation started a couple of months ago, in October. It came to pass that a goat leader [Satan?] arose and organized his air-tight security detail consiting of untamed hounds. In the attached photo we see the goat giving his typical goat-salute, tail first, to the viewer.
Ukrainian TV channel “1+1” first broke this story a couple of days ago, on November 28: “In the city, running between multi-storey homes, a goat dashes, surrounded by dogs. The dogs are guarding the black-and-white goat and protecting him from outsiders.”
The local residents tell the reporters, that this unusual herd first appeared on their streets in October. For over a month the goat and his posse have been terrorizing the local population. For sure, people have attempted to trap and catch these roaming animals. But the animals are cunning: They keep changing their route, so as to foil their hunters. To this day they have not been caught!
